Ways to participate
Our platform is built and maintained by Estate of Mind Property Management. We welcome interest from eligible property owners and managers, whether you manage a single rental or multiple accommodations.
Gulera OS subscribers
Properties associated with an active Gulera OS subscription receive enhanced placement among relevant results, after Estate of Mind managed properties.
Estate of Mind management
Properties professionally managed by Estate of Mind receive the first listing tier among properties matching the visitor's location and filters.
How listing priority works
Location and the visitor's selected filters always determine which properties qualify for a search. Among qualifying properties, the display order is:
- Estate of Mind managed propertiesFirst priority among matching properties.
- Active Gulera OS subscriber propertiesSecond priority, providing a visibility benefit for participating operators.
- Other independent listingsThird priority, still shown when they meet the visitor's search criteria.
Priority is a placement benefit, not a promise of bookings or a guarantee of the top position for every search. If no local listings match, nearby communities may be presented separately and clearly identified.

Promoting Your Property
Listing your accommodation is only the beginning. Share your property with potential guests using promotional links that help you understand which channels bring visitors to your listing.
Promote it yourself
Share your own property on social media, in community groups, or through other suitable channels.
Let your manager promote it
An authorized property manager can organize promotional activity for properties they manage.
Invite an influencer
Invite a third-party promoter to share a specific property and view their own referral activity. Invitations can be revoked.
Our reporting measures referral visits and outbound booking-platform clicks, not confirmed reservations. Any compensation is arranged privately between the listing entity and the promoter; StayInNiagara does not process these payments.
StayInNiagara Verified In development
We're planning an optional paid, in-person verification service focused on listing accuracy. A representative would check advertised photographs, sleeping arrangements, amenities and other material details against the actual property.
Paying for an inspection would not guarantee approval. A verification seal would be issued only after the property meets the published accuracy criteria, and would display its inspection date and validity period. The service would be separate from listing priority and would not certify building-code compliance or overall quality.
Inspection pricing, availability and application details have not yet been finalized.
